CSX Transportation (CSXT) makes regular service changes and adjustments to manage a dynamic network with evolving needs. To enable our customers to manage their business seamlessly with CSX, we are committed to communicating service changes in a clear and timely manner. Near-term Service Announcements follow below.

Unless specifically noted, changes are applicable to all Domestic traffic and to all equipment types, and take effect on the first day of the month.

Effective in September:

Elimination of TOFC Service at East St. Louis: Due to limited customer demand, the East St. Louis terminal, and lanes that touch East St. Louis, will no longer provide TOFC service. COFC service will continue to be available in all East St. Louis service lanes.

Single Daily Gate Cut-off for TOFC Service Bedford Park to Orlando: All TOFC traffic moving from Bedford Park to Orlando will observe a daily 2200 gate cut-off. Trailers will be available in Orlando at 0800, Day 4.

Effective in August:

Reminder: New East St. Louis (local) Domestic COFC Service: New service to be offered between East St. Louis (local) and Baltimore, MD; Buffalo, NY; Cleveland, OH; Philadelphia, PA; and Portsmouth, VA. Service will be available Monday - Saturday. Schedules as follows:

Outbound Schedules
-To Baltimore: Monday - Saturday, 2200 gate cut-off, 1100 - Day 4 availability
-To Buffalo: Monday - Saturday, 2200 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 4 availability
-To Cleveland: Monday - Saturday, 2200 gate cut-off, 0900 - Day 3 availability
-To Philadelphia: Monday - Saturday, 2200 gate cut-off, 1100 - Day 5 availability
-To Portsmouth: Monday - Saturday, 2200 gate cut-off, 1130 - Day 4 availability

Inbound Schedules
-From Baltimore: Existing lane, improved service. Monday - Friday, 1500 gate cut-off, 1100 - Day 3 availability
-From Buffalo: Tuesday - Saturday, 1300 gate cut-off, 1100 - Day 3 availability
-From Cleveland: Monday - Saturday, 1800 gate cut-off, 1100 - Day 3 availability
-From Philadelphia: Monday - Friday, 1900 gate cut-off, Saturday, 1200 gate cut-off, 1100 - Day 4 availability (Please note change to Saturday GCO from previous announcement)
-From Portsmouth: Monday - Friday, 1730 gate cut-off, 1100 - Day 4 availability.

There are no changes to existing East St. Louis (local) schedules.

Reminder: New East St. Louis (interline - Private Asset only) Domestic COFC Service: New service to be offered between East St. Louis (interline) and the following locations, for Private Asset customers only: Baltimore; Boston, MA; Buffalo; Cleveland; Marion, OH; North Kearny; Philadelphia; Portsmouth; and Syracuse. Schedules as follows:

East St. Louis Receiving Schedules
-To Baltimore: Saturday - Thursday, 1000 received, 1100 - Day 3 availability
-To Boston: Existing schedule, days of service will be Saturday - Thursday
-To Buffalo: Saturday - Thursday, 1000 received, 0600 - Day 3 availability
-To Cleveland: Saturday - Thursday, 1000 received, 0900 - Day 2 availability
-To Marion: Saturday - Thursday, 1000 received, 0600 - Day 2 availability
-To North Kearny: Saturday - Thursday, 1000 received, 1300 - Day 3 availability
-To Philadelphia: Saturday - Thursday, 1000 received, 1100 - Day 4 availability
-To Portsmouth: Saturday - Thursday, 1000 received, 1130 - Day 3 availability

East St. Louis Delivery Schedules
-From Baltimore: Monday - Friday, 1500 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 3 delivery
-From Boston: Monday - Friday, 1800 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 4 delivery
-From Buffalo: Tuesday - Saturday, 1300 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 3 delivery
-From Cleveland: Monday - Saturday, 1800 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 3 delivery
-From Marion: Monday - Saturday, 1700 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 2 delivery
-From North Kearny: Monday - Saturday, 1500 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 3 delivery
-From Philadelphia: Monday - Friday, 1900 gate cut-off, Saturday, 1200 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 4 delivery (Please note change to Saturday GCO from previous announcement)
-From Portsmouth: Monday - Friday, 1730 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 4 delivery
-From Syracuse: Monday - Saturday, 0800 gate cut-off, 0600 - Day 3 delivery

Reminder: Chambersburg Gate Cut-Off Adjustment: Gate cut-off for all outbound freight at the Chambersburg terminal will be 1900 Monday - Saturday. The gate cut-off on Sunday will remain at 1400.

Reminder: Indianapolis, IN, Availability Adjustments for Weekend Transit: Some Indianapolis inbound schedules will be adjusted on weekend transit trains to ensure consistent availability performance.

Little Ferry, NJ, to Indianapolis: Availability for the freight that departs Little Ferry, NJ, on Friday will be 1200 on Monday in Indianapolis. All other days of the week and origin points remain unchanged.

UMAX eastbound to Indianapolis: Indianapolis freight from the following origins that currently has Monday availability will be adjusted to Tuesday 1600 availability: Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Oakland, CA; Portland, OR; and Salt Lake City, UT. All other days of the week and origin points remain unchanged.
