Paying for Storage Charges
Private Equipment - Storage charges for private equipment are paid online in ShipCSX using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Equipment number, location and either the Pickup Number, Bill of Lading or Ocean Bill of Lading will be required to access storage information.
In the ShipCSX Intermodal Shipment Inquiry
tool, click on the 'Make Credit Card Payment' button to enter credit card payment information on selected units to pay storage charges as many as 5 days in advance. Payments are automatically posted at selected ramps within 20 minutes. This tool increases functionality by allowing storage charges to be paid 24/7, and it protects sensitive credit card information as well. See the Online Lift Payment guide. 
Rail Controlled Equipment - Customers using REZ-1 to reserve rail-provided containers will still receive storage charges through REZ-1.

Paying for Secondary Lift Charges
Please visit the ShipCSX website to submit payment for lift charges via Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Payment may be submitted using the Online Lift Payment tool for any unit for which billing has been submitted or for any unit already on the premises of CSX Intermodal Terminals, Inc.
